We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IP Paralegal to join our growing Legal Team. In this role, you will provide proactive IP legal support, offering advice on IP matters and assisting with the management and protection of Kantar Media's assets. You will collaborate with business teams to ensure legal compliance, manage risk, and draft key IP documentation. Key Responsibilities- Assist Kantar’s General Counsel and the wider legal team.
- Review documents in relation to data subject access requests.
- Coordinate our legal team, trademark and data protection inboxes.
- Assist with trademark portfolio management and liaise with our trademark attorneys.
- Review data protection agreements, client agreements and supplier agreements.
- Perform legal admin support tasks.
- A law degree, or conversion course.
- Prior paralegal experience is desirable.
- The ability to work in a team.
- The ability to juggle priorities and communicate effectively across time zones.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Prior focus on GDPR would be beneficial.
