A Boutique firm of Financial Planners are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator / Paraplanner to join the team in London as a Trainee Financial Adviser. The firm are looking for an individual who is looking for support to finish their qualifications and move on to becoming a competent adviser within 12-18 months.
The day to day role will mainly involve working within the London office of a rapidly growing national firm carrying out a variety of duties including:
- Assisting with the work of the Financial Advisers in a paraplanning/trainee adviser hybrid role.
- Writing suitability reports.
- Product research.
- Case preparation.
- Preparing annual review packs for existing clients and building new business cases alongside a financial planner.
- Analysing and evaluating policy information for the purposes of providing advice.
- Shadowing the Financial Adviser in client meetings.
Those applying for this role will have a number of years’ industry experience and have started studying towards their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as well as having a good knowledge and competency of varying adviser analytical software and experience with Intelligent Office.
