Comptoir Libanais Chelsea sits proudly on the Fulham Road, surrounded by boutiques, galleries and a well-heeled local crowd. It's a 90+ cover site including terrace seating and is one of the brand's most recognisable and high-profile locations. We're open all day - breakfast through to dinner - and known for regulars who drop in for a quick mezze, a coffee catch-up or to host friends and family.
The team here need to deliver with warmth, personality and pace, and we're looking for a GM who thrives in that energy, can lead from the front, and brings a sense of pride and ownership to the guest experience.
As a General Manager, we can offer you:
- 48h a week across 5 days, you have 2 rest days
- Compensation up to £65,000 including TRONC

- True front-of-house floor leader - naturally confident, warm and engaging with guests and team, always present and touching tables.
- Experience running a premium casual dining restaurant, ideally in a high-profile or central London location.
- Loves the rhythm of all-day dining and knows how to build that "local favourite" culture - breakfast regulars, lunch buzz, dinner energy.
- Commercially smart - someone who can bring flair and personality while still driving covers, margin, and spend per head.
The nice to haves we look for:
- Strong brand ambassador - understands how to represent a well-known name with pride and protect the guest experience.
- Has worked with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean or sharing concepts before.
- Has come through a reputable training ground - ideally from branded premium casual dining.
