What you’ll be doing:
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for one of our many thriving locations. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity.
- Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets/budgets
- Ensure all compliance/health and safety standards are met, keeping the store running smoothly
- Drive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and complete financial reports/stock takes
- Team Management; monitor quality of service and performance, coach and inspire your team!

We are after experienced and enthusiastic Managers who can drive sales and exceed KPIs. With a strong background in team management and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for people who are driven, communicative and passionate about all things coffee!
