Job Title: Engineering Trainer and Assessor Hours of Work: 36 hours per week Location: Redditch Salary £40-43k We are looking for a time-served engineer with strong mechanical maintenance experience who is passionate about passing on their knowledge and skills to the next generation of engineering apprentices. Key Responsibilities: Education, Training & Assessment: – Develop and produce tailored training plans for apprentices. – Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions in line with industry standards. – Assess learners’ progress and performance, ensuring all learner documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
