Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Engineer, HSE (Offshore) to serve as the execution phase HSE focal point on behalf of the client. The successful candidate will ensure full regulatory compliance of contractors during decommissioning, installation, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the HSE focal point for offshore decommissioning and installation execution.
  • Review decommissioning and installation design documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee HSE reporting and ensure adherence to all permit commitments and conditions.
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage contractor interfaces.
  • Provide safety case planning support to the duty holder.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in offshore demolition/construction projects.
  • Experience with PLANC, EPC, and offshore execution projects.
  • Conducting site audits and managing contractors.
  • Stakeholder engagement and safety case development.
  • Knowledge of CCS, Environmental Appraisal, and Decommissioning Programmes.
  • Familiarity with CDM (Construction Design & Management Regulations).
  • Certifications required: BOSIET.
  • BSc in Environmental or Safety discipline (or equivalent qualification).
