Are you an experienced, reliable Administrator available for an immediate start Administration assistant role? Our client is an education Training provider seeking a Temporary Administrator to help them prepare for upcoming audits and assist the existing team in their duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Managing diaries for team members
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
