My Client is a friendly, client‑focused veterinary practice committed to delivering exceptional care to pets and peace of mind to their owners. The Role As our Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients—both in person and on the phone—and play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will: * Greet and check in clients and their pets * Answer and manage incoming calls and emails * Schedule appointments and manage the diary system * Process client payments, insurance claims, and maintain accurate records * Handle general administrative duties and support the clinical team as needed * Provide friendly, compassionate service and build rapport with pet owners What We’re Looking For * Excellent customer‑service skills and a warm, professional manner * Strong organizational ability and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure * Good IT literacy; familiarity with practice management software is a plus * A genuine passion for animal welfare and client care * Previous veterinary reception or customer‑service experience preferred—but not essential Hours & Location * We have both full‑time and part‑time positions available * Flexible shift patterns, including early starts and occasional Saturday We look forward to welcoming a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to our team
