Blocktech Mep are looking on behalf of their client for a hungry Senior Surveyor with MRICS and at least 2 years’ commercial building experience to join their team of chartered building surveyors based in the centre of London. Our client provides a comprehensive scope of building surveying services advising both private and public sector organisations, from the acquisition and occupation of commercial and residential assets through to disposal.
Necessary experience required for a successful application:
- Commercial Buildings, including office fit outs, and Industrial units.
- Dilapidations including the negotiations.
- Project Management
- Tender Processes.
- Acquisitions including full life cycle
- Schedules of condition reports.
- Landlord and Tenant Services.
- Producing high standard technical Building survey reports.

In Return:
- A salary based on your experience between £75,000 to £85,000 with OTE £100,000.

- Contracted hours of 9 to 5 with some flexibility after probation period.
