We are looking for a passionate Project Manager (Automotive) to drive impactful projects, deliver excellence, and create value. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects, including preparing effective and efficient plans, tracking schedules, mitigating risks, and aligning goals with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while achieving financial and other benefits.
  • Provide support to Senior Project Managers and guide teams in applying and improving project management practices, solving advanced problems, and fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Perform data analysis, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders while mentoring team members in report preparation.
  • Oversee project teams, evaluate expertise from various sources, and support the development, appraisals, and performance of team members.

Qualifications:

  • Recognized Project Management qualification or equivalent experience, with extensive expertise in stakeholder management and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong CAD design skills, including the ability to use CAD drawings and design programs to develop full project plans.
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret data for informed decision-making, alongside advanced problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in the Automotive or related industries, with knowledge of Paint Shop and Trim Shop disciplines, and familiarity with Microsoft Project and Office 365 tools.
