The Company: Our Client is an innovative Multi-Disciplined Design & Engineering Lead provider of automation engineering services and solutions across a wide range of industries. Due to sustained continued expansion, they now require a Development Engineer to build and functionally develop feed systems and special purpose machinery within agreed timeframes to design specification.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mechanically assemble machinery to general arrangement drawings.
- Install and plumb pneumatic elements of machinery.
- Attend customer site for installation, commissioning and/or service visits when required.
The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
- A HNC / HND / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Experience of working in a mechanical build/assembly environment.
You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of £35,000 to £42,000 plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
