We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated and experienced candidate for a Children’s Home Deputy Manager position. Our client is a provider of residential children’s services, and they specialise in providing the highest standard of care to Children and Young People. They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential.
Working as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, providing a safe and secure place for the children to flourish and motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People.
Salary and Benefits:
- £29,400 - £35,700
- Earn up to £3,250 by recommending a foster carer or up to £1,000 by recommending a full-time staff member.
- Receive a £100 bonus for achieving a ‘Good’ Ofsted outcome for the home and a £200 bonus for achieving ‘Outstanding’.

Minimum requirements for this Children’s Home Deputy Manager position are:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
- Have two years of experience working in a Residential Children’s Home
- Leadership experience in residential childcare
- Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
- Full UK driving Licence
