We are looking for Children’s Home Team Leaders for our clients Residential Children’s home. Our client is a provider of residential children’s services, and they specialise in providing the highest standard of care to Children and Young People. They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential.
As a Team Leader, you will assist the deputy and home manager in leading, motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People.
