The Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Assistant to join their team. As a Talent Assistant, you will play a key support role in managing and nurturing the careers of digital creators and TV personalities. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent management while working alongside a team that helps build and elevate the personal brands of influential digital creators, influencers, and TV personalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Talent Managers and Agents in managing client portfolios, schedules, and overall talent development
- Coordinate and manage the calendars of talent, including scheduling meetings, interviews, casting calls, events, and appearances
- Serve as the primary point of contact between talent and agency staff, ensuring clear communication, follow-ups, and efficient problem resolution
- Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts, agreements, and other documents related to talent engagements, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Support in the coordination of talent’s participation in promotional events, media interviews, photo shoots, and other public appearances
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of talent's bookings, client preferences, and any ongoing projects
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in talent management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools
- A strong interest in the digital content creation space and familiarity with social media platforms, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
