We are looking for a Coordinator (m/f/d) After Sales Customer Motorsport to support the GT projects. Are you a team player who thrives on responsibility, with strong communication skills? Job Description / Tasks:

  • Complete processing of customer orders in SAP (Sales & Distribution) from receipt of order to invoicing.
  • Lead quantity planning and support necessary departments in maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Steer parts pricing and sales management, including parts cost, sales price ratio, monitoring sales figures, and forecasting.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, stores, and freight departments to coordinate spare parts supply.
  • Support the team in day-to-day business activities, including communication, after-sales, and customer management.
  • Further develop and optimize after-sales processes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, confidently and knowledgeably engaging as a customer-facing representative of the company.
  • Technical education/training with several years of job-specific practical experience.
  • Good understanding of car components, stock management, and parts flow in a manufacturing environment.
  • ERP and Lifing System knowledge (SAP and Teamcenter preferred, but not essential).
  • A “customer first” approach with strong interpersonal skills to develop and use collaborative relationships, employing appropriate soft skills to reduce tension and resolve conflicts when necessary.
  • A methodical approach and attention to detail, working to the highest standards.
  • The ability to prioritize workload according to project demands and remain focused under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and enjoyment in tackling the challenges of a dynamic environment within a team striving to deliver their best in the championship.
  • Comprehensive technical understanding within the field of motorsport (beneficial).
