Responsibilities:- Create/amend bookings
- Arrange guide, coach, car, entrance ticket, restaurant etc.
- Operation of the tours including emergency phone duty
- Japanese language customer service desk
- Register and maintain product information on dedicated systems
- Create and update sales materials (website, social media etc.)
- Substitute Japanese language assistant for emergency
- Customer service experience
- Native level Japanese language in oral and written communication skills are necessary
- Good English oral and written communication skills are necessary
- Destination knowledge (UK, London) is preferred
- Moderate computer literacy – experience in working with Microsoft packages is desirable
- Experience or interests in shooting & editing picture videos, posting them on SNS is preferred
