Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer care through effective communication with customers via email and phone.
  • Managing your own caseload of retention customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Liaising with mortgage customers and brokers to facilitate smooth interactions.
  • Communicating effectively with all levels of staff within the organisation.
  • Collaborating and supporting colleagues across a variety of tasks to enhance the overall team performance.

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • A background in mortgages is desirable, but full training and coaching will be provided to the successful candidate.
