In-house Legal Counsel - 2PQE+ (Tech Lawyer)

Location: London or Winchester - 2 days office based

Our client is a leader in UK TV and radio broadcast and the UK’s leading Smart utilities platform. They operate globally, building and operating complex ecosystems and infrastructures for effective, secure, and sustainable data and content movement.

Opportunity

Working within a highly supportive, friendly in-house legal team, you will be the go-to legal contact for Corporate and Commercial stakeholders, including Media & Broadcast, Smart Utilities Networks, and Procurement. You will provide legal advice and support, contributing to product development, commercial contracts, and customer-supplier relationships. You will support key stakeholders across the business with a wide range of commercial and tech-related (SaaS) contracts, IP, and data protection matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development into other areas of corporate and commercial law.
