We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at a specialist children's home in Herne Bay. The role is crucial in providing care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, ensuring they receive the assistance needed to achieve positive outcomes in all aspects of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to children and young people.
  • Assist in daily activities and routines, ensuring safety and well-being.
  • Support the children in achieving positive life outcomes, helping them with their personal development.
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure high standards of care are met.
  • Play an influential role in improving the quality of life and safety for vulnerable children in care.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £24,900 annually, plus 2 sleeps per week, with an OTE of CIRCA £29,600.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in care.
  • The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
  • Ability to undertake sleep-ins as required by the role.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,600 per year (inclusive of sleeps)
