Due to significant growth, our client, a manufacturing business, is looking to recruit a Quality Inspector. The role will involve examining precision parts to ensure conformity to routing, drawing & customer specifications, achieving quality products/services in line with customer and the organisation's expectations. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure conformity for small batch precision engineered components
  • Visual and dimensional inspection
  • Detailed first off, in process and last off inspection
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and standards

Skills & Abilities:

  • A demonstrable track record working as a Quality Inspector in the precision engineering sector
  • Capability to read/interpret complex engineering drawings and standards
  • Ability to manage time and deal with multiple tasks and issues simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • A hard working, hands on approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail
  • CMM experience
