The Role - Medical Devices Technician

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a Medical Devices Technician responsible for:

  • The set-up and support of surgical camera systems
  • Inspecting, troubleshooting, and replacing medical devices
  • Providing client support in clinical areas to promote equipment functionality and use, enabling staff to concentrate on clinical care of patients
  • Facilitating training to all levels of staff as required
  • Completion of weekly and quarterly reports alongside supporting documents as required

Your Background - Medical Devices Technician

To be considered for this exciting role you will:

  • Have experience working in a healthcare or operating theatre environment
  • You may have previously worked as a Healthcare technician or Medical Technician in the forces
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
  • Any clinical qualifications would be beneficial, eg. nurse / operating department practitioner (ODP) / certified medication technician (CMT)
