On behalf of Rolls-Royce, AMS are currently recruiting for a high volume of Foundry Operatives for 12-month contracts based in Bristol.
Job description - the role
- Various production/manufacturing experience welcome as full training will be provided.
- A Foundry Operative is required to assist in the Manufacturing of Nozzle Guide Vanes.
- The Foundry Operative will have good dexterity and precision as the job involves using small tools and handling delicate parts.
- Duties involve preparing, cleaning and casting moulds or nozzle guide vanes, whilst ensuring the cell meets targets and deadlines.
- The successful candidate will have good hands-on skills and precision as the job involves using small tools and using machinery.
Key Skills and experience required
- Will be open to various backgrounds - But have excellent manual dexterity skills as will be working in fine details with their hands.
- Have excellent hand to eye coordination.
- Attention to detail.
- Ideally have a background in Manufacturing/Production Environments.
