Your new company: We are working with a fabulous FMCG business in West London. This business is a leader in its field and in their 30 years they have built unrivalled partnerships with premium hospitality and retail clients.
Your new role: To cover a 13-month maternity leave, they are looking to recruit a Demand Planner on a fixed-term basis. As the Demand Planner, you will report to the Senior Demand Manager within operations, and you will be responsible for product planning and accurate sales forecasts. You will work on continually improving existing planning and analysis methods and be able to confidently present back to senior stakeholders within the business. You will succeed in communicating and engaging with different departments, such as commercial, finance, sales and marketing, in order to demonstrate trends and future expectations.
What you'll need to succeed: In order to succeed in this role, you will be proactive in nature in order to understand and identify any potential product shortages that will interfere with customer service. You will ideally have experience within the FMCG environment, and be able to demonstrate successful planning, especially within new product development (NPD).
