Elizabeth Scarlett is scaling its presence in the UK and US with the ambitious goal of raising £2 Million for Wildlife Conservation by 2030. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals eager to make an extraordinary impact while outperforming forecasts. As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in our Growth & eCommerce team. There will be a focus on leading new channels (TikTok Shop, Amazon) and driving repeat purchase, as well as jumping on high-impact ideas from our growth backlog; the role will be what you make of it.
What will I be doing?
- Launch & Manage New Growth Channels: Take charge of new growth projects such as TikTok Shop, Affiliates, and Amazon. Plan, test and refine channel-specific strategies to maximise brand visibility and revenue. Maintain a structured roadmap, ensuring efficient execution and clear ROI tracking.
- Lead CRM & Drive Repeat Purchases: Own CRM flows, leveraging email marketing, SMS, and other touchpoints. Build and optimise a membership or loyalty programme. Use customer insights and data to deliver personalised experiences.
- Automate Processes & Customer Experiences: Identify opportunities to improve onsite merchandising, customer journeys and internal workflows. Build automations with data, tech tools and AI to replace manual processes while improving both customer and team experience.
- Champion Growth Experimentation: Identify opportunities across our funnel to improve conversions. Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and impact KPIs. Report key successes and learnings to the team, contributing to a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
