This role is important in promoting and protecting Experian's reputation, guiding the public and stakeholders, and being an ambassador for our brand and purpose. We are looking for someone with a passion for financial inclusion and education. We are on a mission to improve knowledge on credit scores, ID fraud, applying for credit and staying in control of your money.

This is a hybrid role based in our London or Nottingham office reporting into our Senior Consumer Affairs Manager. Your role will involve some travel to different locations around the UK, including occasional overnight stays.

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing
  • Public Engagement: Deliver training sessions to the general public, external groups, clients and debt advice organisations, as well as supporting consumer PR campaigns and events.
  • Media Representation: Act as a spokesperson for Experian in multiple media formats, including print, broadcast, and podcasts.
  • Partner Support: Engage with industry, government, consumer groups, and debt advice sector, identifying new opportunities for Experian to deliver financial education.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster media relationships and support the team to build relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Ability to present information clearly at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in using PowerPoint and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Ability to work with autonomy.
