As an HR Business Partner, you will provide full generalist HR support driving employee engagement, recruitment, training and reward initiatives as part of a small and focused HR team. Key Responsibilities:- HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees in the areas of employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement and performance management.
- Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to the engagement of candidates, ensuring the attraction, assessment and placing of high calibre individuals.
- Previous operational HR experience within a customer facing HR role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- A practical knowledge of Human Resources processes and administrative procedures.
- High levels of emotional intelligence.
- Customer-focused.
- Tech savvy with strong numerical and excel skills.
- Graduate or equivalent.
