    • Manage recruitment, from posting jobs to onboarding

    • Provide expert advice to managers and staff
    • Handle complex employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievances)
    • Support HR policies and performance reviews
    • Help with recruitment and talent management

Our client is seeking someone with a minimum of two years co-ordination experience, strong organisational experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude and attention to detail. This may be the perfect opportunity to take the leap in your next role from HR Co-ordinator to HR Advisor. The business will put you through CIPD if required.

My client is seeking someone with proven experience as an HR Advisor (minimum 3 years), to have a strong knowledge of UK employment law and wide-ranging generalist experience. If you have an area of interest within HR, it would be beneficial to advise.
