Semi-Static Engineer – City of London – Up to £45,000

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile engineer—whether your background is Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning—to manage building services across two City locations. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving, this role requires someone on the ball and ready to tackle varied challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance across multiple disciplines in a commercial office environment.
  2. Maintain and service the HVAC system e.g AHUs, FCUs, VAVs and VRFs.
  3. Ensure optimal operation of the building management system.
  4. Identify and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  5. Liaise with site teams to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications:

  1. Multi-skilled with experience in Building Services (Electrical, Mechanical, or AC).
  2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload across two sites.

On Offer:

  1. Salary up to £45,000 (or £42,000 + full travel from home).
  2. Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule.
