To support its development, AFS is creating a position at its London office for the Business Development Director of the Agency Capital Markets activity to accelerate its growth in the UK and abroad. Reporting directly to the company's General Management, your missions will include:
- Formalising and defining the priority development axes, associated targets, and corresponding commercial discourse.
- Taking responsibility for the development of this activity and formalising communication/marketing supports to promote Aether FS's offers.
- Coordinating with the Communication Department to formalise formats of supports and actions to support the development of the activity.
- Being a driving force in the coordination and realisation of development actions vis-à-vis identified targets.
- Managing and steering certain projects to enhance understanding of proposed services.
- Maximising sharing of information and joint development opportunities with other Business Unit Directors.
- Ensuring regular reporting and adequate monthly updates to General Management.
- Monitoring market elements and regulatory developments that may impact the company's activities.
Your Profile:
- 8 to 10 years minimum experience in the Capital Markets with proven experience in Business Development.
- Strong operational knowledge of UK Capital Markets and their functioning.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, independent, and eager to grow.
- Proven sensitivity to digital tools and innovative solutions.
- Proficient in Office 360.
- Fluent in English; another European language is expected.
- Good interpersonal skills and accountability.
