About the Role:
As the Operations Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of the Summer project. You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing the organisation and collection of essential data and administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the admin processes related to access during the Summer Series, ensuring everything is in place for smooth operations.
- Collect, collate, and monitor attendance and performance metrics, promptly escalating any issues according to pre-agreed protocols.
- Keep track of training records for all temporary workers, ensuring skill levels are updated, and the skills matrix is accurate and complete.
- Manage re-training requests, ensuring all necessary updates are captured and recorded.
- Generate and visualise pre-existing software reports, translating raw data into actionable insights.
- Keep up-to-date records of staff leavers, including reasons for leaving, maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
- Capture and manage software account records for temporary workers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Support the Operations Managers with various data-related tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the project.
