We are currently partnering with an independent, market-leading property consultancy headquartered in London. The business is currently looking to appoint a Business Development and Marketing Director. This is a newly created, senior, and high-profile role operating at board level.
It is an incredibly exciting time for the business, with a clear vision and newly appointed Managing Partner. You will work collaboratively with the MP, CFOO, ITD and HRD to support and drive the business to achieve a common set of goals. If you have real estate, professional services experience and are looking for a new opportunity where you can be in a position of influence, this is a fantastic opportunity you should consider.
The firm is ambitious with a strategy for growth, and you will play a key part in this, shaping and executing the firm’s business development and marketing strategy. The role is directly client-facing and will be responsible for elevating client-focused initiatives, developing and driving firm-wide client account programmes and supporting partners in identifying new market opportunities. This will be through the breadth of commercial and targeted business development, marketing, and communications initiatives.
Managing and leading a team across Business Development, Marketing and PR, previous experience of building teams and empowering people is important. The business is looking to continually invest in its people and in Business Development and marketing.
