This newly established role focuses on driving innovation and operational excellence, leading engineering projects, and spearheading technical advancements to support the company's strategic goals.
The successful candidate will oversee Heads of Functions in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Engineering at the site, supported by divisional functions such as Quality & Compliance, Health & Safety, and Technical. Furthermore, the sites will receive support from group central functions like HR, Finance, and IT.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to achieve growth targets, maintaining a culture of safety and engagement, and overseeing P&L for the site. The individual will provide essential business information, establish strategic relationships, and drive product development. They will ensure workforce compliance with health and safety regulations and lead all business functions. Collaboration with development teams and fostering continuous improvement are also important aspects.
