Our brand-new client, who has seen significant growth as a business, with offices based in Kettering is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.
As Asbestos Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities and business revenue growth.
- Managing end-to-end projects from initial engagement to project delivery.
- Ensuring the commercial team meets targets and delivers fantastic results.
- Analyzing project costs, profitability, and pricing strategy to maximize revenue.
- Working to HSE legislation.
- Attending team meetings and client meetings.
To be considered for the role of Asbestos Contract Manager, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of regulations and guidelines within asbestos.
- The willingness to travel to client sites in the UK.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- A proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable with cost management and financial analysis.
- The ability to identify additional business opportunities.
