Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, analytical and people focussed Service Administrator with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly referrals team in Wakefield. This role is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week but we are open to discuss more flexible working arrangements with the right candidate. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £22,861.62 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the efficient running of the main office in the Service using appropriate office equipment and computerised systems and to act as a central point for enquiries, answering the telephone and greeting visitors and to respond to requests for information in keeping with the Trust Policy on confidentiality.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Service and to complete returns as directed.
- Input accurate and timely information into the Trust housing management system and to produce reports as required.
- Prepare invoices, record payments and expenditure, bank income and manage the Services petty cash budget within Trust policy.
- Manage the office petty cash float, postage and stationery budgets and the purchasing of other items as necessary.
