The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a Project Manager role and will support the Markets Program Management Team focused on delivering multiple EU and UK Regulatory change and Control remediation initiatives. The candidate would be an individual with prior project management experience to be able to support the Programme managers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of Citi PM policy, standards and requirements
- Draft initiation, scoping and other project artefacts/documents for new projects for review by Programme managers
- Coordinate drafting of WG packs, draft minutes, record attendees and follow up on actions for review by Programme managers
- Organize meetings, workshops with required stakeholders and track actions
- Support in maintaining issue trackers and creating progress reports for management meetings
- Follow up with issue owners from Markets and non-Markets businesses for monthly status updates
- Review status updates provided by issue owners to ensure they are clear, concise and meaningful
- Review upcoming milestones, deliverables and due dates well in advance to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner in Project Tracking system (PTS)
- Update issue and remediation actions in tracking systems (iCAPs and PTS) based on status provided by Programme managers
- Support portfolio level tracking of requirements to meet PM standards
- Respond to requests for ad-hoc status and progress reports for governance forums leveraging standard project status reports
- Address any other ad-hoc requests as required
Key Skills Required:
- Good oral and written communication skills; must be able to articulate issues and provide clear status updates
- Analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Organized and structured approach
- Multi-tasking and keeping track of multiple running threads
Key Skills Preferred:
- 2-3 years in PM role preferably in a bank
