Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis (two days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to begin a career in dental nursing, with full hands-on training and professional development provided.
Working Hours: Thursday & Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:40 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring that instruments and materials are readily available.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials ahead of appointments.
- Mix and prepare dental materials as required.
- Take responsibility for sterilisation and decontamination procedures.
- Maintain high standards of infection control and adhere to cross-infection protocols.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
Skills and Competencies:
- Right to work in the UK
- Proof of Vaccination or first dose of Hep B
- Enrolled in the Trainee Dental Course (full training will be provided)
