About the Role:

We are representing an esteemed technology company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support the development and execution of compensation and benefits programs within a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

As a key member of the Reward team, you will be responsible for designing and administering compensation structures and supporting with the benefits offerings that align with the company’s objectives and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of compensation principles, benefits strategies, and the ability to work with data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation, and oversight of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking to assess external competitiveness and internal equity in compensation packages.
  • Oversee the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, incentive plans, and long-term equity programs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to provide guidance on compensation-related decisions and benefits strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on complex compensation and benefits issues, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Analyze compensation trends and conduct data-driven assessments to propose adjustments, ensuring ongoing competitiveness and market alignment.
  • Enhance the employee experience through the development of benefits programs that support employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of working within a Reward function.
  • Proven expertise in compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structures, equity programs, and employee benefits design.
