NPI & Production Engineer
Chiswick – Onsite (4/5 days)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NPI & Production Engineer to join a growing Production Engineering team. This role is central to developing and maintaining robust manufacturing systems and procedures aligned with ISO 9001 certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure seamless updates and improvements.
- Oversee productivity improvements and drive efficiency across manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including BoMs and manufacturing instructions.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams to optimise production workflows.
- Resolve technical issues effectively to maintain production quality and timelines.
- Ensure smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) from design to volume manufacturing.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of industrial production engineering experience.
- Degree from a reputable university or equivalent.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing, process design, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
