The Role
As Engineering Shift Manager, you will:
- Be the primary point of contact for engineering on your shift, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Take a hands-on approach, regularly engaging on the factory floor to troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead by example.
