About the role
We are looking for a communicative and passionate Customer Education Specialist (Arbor Finance) to join our Customer Education team. You will provide expert guidance and support to educational institutions to help them optimize and find the most value from our Arbor Products. The role involves training and consulting with schools, supporting managed services, troubleshooting issues, conducting system audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes.
Core responsibilities
- Deliver majority of training online, with very limited in-person training.
- Design and deliver services to schools, MATs, and partners using professional knowledge.
- Pitch training and consultancy appropriately to users and partners in a concise way.
- Understand at least one Arbor Product’s functionality, features, and best practices, and articulate these to customers.
- Deliver managed services for schools and partners.
- Keep up to date with product updates, changes to legislation, and new processes.
- Own and keep training materials relevant.
- Self-reflect and provide feedback to the team to ensure a well-rounded customer experience.
- Travel to Arbor offices and occasionally client sites as needed.

- Ability to articulate technology to a range of individuals, including non-technical users.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Positive approach to learning new things and troubleshooting issues.
