We are looking for a commercially minded and creative Shopper Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team at TRIP. You’ll be working across our retail channel, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to devise, execute and review impactful shopper activations.
Responsibilities- Strategic: Develop shopper marketing plans that help to drive awareness and conversion for TRIP across our key products and retail partners (instore and online). Represent our shopper at all key meetings, using retailer segmentations and building out TRIP’s shopper profile, behaviours and needs.
- Executional: Manage artwork briefs and development in line with retailer guidelines. Book all campaigns direct with the retailer media agencies. Execute and review shopper marketing activations feeding insights back into the planning process.
- At least 3 years in a trade or shopper marketing position.
- Specific customer account responsibility across at least 3 of the major retailers.
- A knowledge of e-comm and Brandbank.
- Experience within the food and beverage sector.
- Comfortable briefing and managing artwork development.
- Strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen and a flair for creativity.
- Confident project manager, able to assemble and lead cross-functional teams to keep complex projects on track.
- You’re able to solve problems creatively and are solution-oriented in a tough situation.
- You’re comfortable working at pace and are able to keep momentum on multiple tasks concurrently.
- You understand when to shift focus in line with team priorities.
- You communicate clearly and kindly, which helps you to build excellent relationships and get the best out of those around you.
