This small but successful firm, located on the outskirts of London, presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic, multi-specialist environment. In this position, you'll manage your own workload, billables, and budgets—making budget supervision essential. You will be the prime point of contact for Audit which will form 50% of your role. In time, if successful, you may be given the opportunity to grow the team. You'll be a key player in the firm's audits, with the expectation to deliver excellence and go the extra mile. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit planning and execution with the team.
- Finalise audit assignments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP (FRS 102).
- Communicate directly with clients to develop strategic solutions.
- Handle the preparation and auditing of consolidated accounts.
- Proactively monitor and manage assignment budgets.
- Supervise and train junior staff members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
