Reed are Recruiting for a Compliance Engineer to join a growing Aerospace company in South Wales. This role is crucial for ensuring that all maintenance activities not only meet regulatory standards but also align with company procedures. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting the CMM and ensuring compliance with EASA / CAA Part 145.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the production and implementation of the Part 145 audit programme, including corrective actions.
- Manage the company authorisation system and ensure compliance with EASA / CAA Part 145 & national regulations.
- Conduct investigations in support of the SMS Programme and facilitate hazard identification, risk assessment, and management.
- Monitor Supplier / Subcontractor performance and conduct Safety & Compliance audits as prescribed by the Audit Plan.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of EASA / CAA Part 145 Regulations and their practical application.
- Qualified Auditor experienced in an aviation/engineering environment.
