Anson McCade is partnering with a leading consultancy organisation who operate in the defence and national security space as they seek to appoint Senior Full Stack Developers to their skilled teams. Our client supports end users on the cutting edge of safeguarding the UK and this role provides an opportunity to work with over 450 specialists as they deliver impactful solutions making a real-world difference.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering technology solutions that help clients tackle complex mission-critical problems. You will work with a variety of modern technologies, including JavaScript, Java, React, and Cloud Computing.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and testing bespoke software solutions.
- Working with open-source libraries and components to build effective applications.
- Utilising tools such as GitLab for continuous integration pipelines, ensuring software quality and security.
- Deploying systems across both public (AWS, Azure) and private cloud environments.
- Engaging with clients regularly and contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements analysis to delivery, training, and ongoing support.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience working with Java, Spring backend development or full stack (JavaScript).
- Demonstrable experience working with AWS or Azure.
