An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer looking for a hands-on leadership position, in a role offering great professional development, training, and growth opportunities. In this role, you will be involved in shaping the technical direction and leading the full embedded firmware development lifecycle, from concept and design through to production. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, hardware teams, and mentor the junior software engineers in a very research and development-oriented environment. This role is office-based in Margate.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced embedded/firmware engineer looking for a team leadership position. From a technical standpoint, the right person will have strong experience in embedded firmware design for microcontroller-based products. Due to this being a lead role, the right person will also have strong communication and stakeholder skills. As the role is office-based, the person will live within commuting distance of Margate or be open to relocating.

The Role:- Hands-on Technical Leadership of Embedded Software Team
