Department Overview: Reporting into the Retail Pricing Manager, you will support the strategy and execution of pricing and promotions across all our retail channels.
What You’ll Do: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- You will support the strategy and execution of Outlet pricing and promotions.
- Manage and present promotional file in weekly meetings where relevant.
- Markdown Optimization: Work with Planning team to manage end-of-season discounting, while maintaining brand integrity.
- Ensure price and promotions are clearly communicated to the stores through the weekly transmittal process.
- Liaise with IT/System partners to ensure support is provided.
- Under the guidance of the senior pricing analyst, action weekly system price changes for all product areas, partnering with relevant planners and owning weekly approval process.
- Validate and apply rounding rules to promotional events.
- Manage Store call outs.
- Liaise with the EU Operations team, resolve and respond within a timely manner.
- Preparing documentation for weekly reports, working alongside senior pricing analyst in report analysis.
- Run adhoc reporting to provide visibility of current price strategy to partners, ensuring prices are correct in the system.
- Assist with Price establishment process, pulling reports and reviewing status.
- Assisting in the reporting and upload process of seasonal markdown fixes.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to partner with remote teams belonging to different functions.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with integrated systems (Forecast Horizon, RLM, JDA a plus).
- Experience in process improvement.
- Good analytical skills to interpret activity data and product/customer profitability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Ability to think logically, problem solve and provide recommendations through analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in retail math.
