This fast-growing eCommerce agency is looking for a Business Analyst with proven eCommerce experience and an appetite to help build best-in-class websites to join them and plan, organise and facilitate e-commerce website builds through the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PMs, AMs, and Senior BAs to gather business requirements and advise them on best practices.
- Work with the scrum team refining client briefs into compelling, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in product backlog refinement meetings, ensuring user stories are well-defined and understood.
- Work with other team members to design solutions that solve technical problems.
- Conduct technical workshops and client meetings.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst.
- Background in eCommerce and/or digital marketing systems (e.g., Magento or similar eCommerce platform such as BigCommerce, Salesforce, Shopware, Shopify) is desirable.
- Understanding of APIs and general API principles, with the ability to interrogate them using tools such as Postman.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
