We have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Site Manager to join our Housing Partnerships team in West Yorkshire. As a Graduate Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to kick start your career by being an integral part of our team in assisting the Site Manager with all on-site construction activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career as a Site Manager, with the support of experienced professionals and you'll gain hands-on experience working on construction projects (kitchens & bathrooms, damp & mould and general planned maintenance).

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and report to the Site Manager regarding contractors and labour forces on site, and assist in the delivery of workmanship to the highest standard.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Proactively support the Site Manager in their day-to-day activities.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and returned in a timely manner.
- Ensure all works are carried out and monitored in accordance with the company safety policy and procedures and in accordance with current legislations, regulations and environmental standards.
- Proffer ideas to improve H&S practices.
- Assist the Site Manager to monitor the project, giving input to ensuring it has the correct resources to be completed to the required quality standard and Right First Time culture, within the agreed timescales.
- Display best practice and continuous improvement attributes.
- Be aware of the financial aspects of the contract and assist in the delivery of the project's profit in line with business requirements.
- Have an understanding of the different forms of building contracts.
- Adhere to weekly programme issued by Regional Director.
- Ensure the Seddon Procedure Manual is adhered to at all times with respect to reporting procedures, weekly & monthly reports and Company Directives.
Have You Got What It Takes:
- A relevant degree/HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to learning.
- A passion for the construction industry and a willingness to develop.
- Use of Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Full UK driving licence.
