The Business Intelligence Business Partner serves as a key liaison between the technical team and business units, focusing on gathering requirements, providing strategic recommendations, and managing BI projects. This role is pivotal in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and operational improvements.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed BI requirements.
  • Lead the management of BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business processes and customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a bridge between the technical developers and business units, facilitating clear communication and project alignment.

What we are looking for:

  • Total 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, etc. with a strong focus on business analysis and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage BI projects and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience in the supply chain or logistics sectors is highly desirable.
