Handling a full caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, financing of development sites, commercial lettings, and land promotion agreements.
Managing residential conveyancing matters, from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold properties, development sites, new builds, and renovations.
The appointed locum will be required to handle their own caseload and hit the ground running.
Full-time 2-week holiday cover in April. A hybrid role, offering 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
